Commentary About, You Know, Whatever
This blog is very much like every other blog on the internet. I post about whatever matters to me at the moment: my life, cooking, traveling, politics, technology, philosophy, science, &c. I make no promises about what I will post - sometimes you may find it interesting, other times not so much. I'm never going to write a TL;DR but all posts will be tagged to provide some quick idea of the post's contents. As per usual, you will be able to click on a tag to see a list of all posts with that tag. I may provide a more complex filtering mechanism (e.g. list posts with more than one tag) at some point but maybe not.
For Science!
As I am thoroughly displeased with basically all blogging software, this site will also act as a playground for different experiments about using the web as a platform for communicating ideas. Since some of the things I try may be a bit wild or unclear, I'll make specific posts about the changes, what they are, why I am making them, &c. Those posts will be tagged with CleverBlogEngineNameHere. I'm trying to balance simplicity with improvements to deficiencies in other software so be warned that there will be a lot of strange junk here that doesn't work out. I'm going to implement a feedback system tout de suite and let you all give me your thoughts on those experiments. Hopefully, together we can make some progress!
